We are regulated by the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and we are registered on the Data Protection Registrar.

We like to make borrowing as simple as possible. We don’t judge you on your past, only on the present and therefore we don’t credit check anyone. Our own checks are there to assess your ability to repay your Flexi-Loan and we always endeavour to help everyone. The security and confidentiality of your information is taken very seriously and we do not share information about you or your Flexi-Loan account with anyone else.

Our loans are a highly flexible cash resource, providing individuals with a means of improving their finances while building valuable trust, thereby enabling us to lend again in the future.
